When creating a new job you can choose to display it on your career site or not.

In some cases you want to share a job ad only with your existing employees, then you can mark the job as a "Private job".

In the first step when creating a new job you can choose the visibility option for the job

Options:

Show on career page - is public for everyone

Only via direct link - private job

When is chosen "Only via direct link (private)" then you finish creating the job ad as usually and save & publish it. It will not appear on your company career page but only will be visible in the admin system under Jobs.

After hitting "Publish" button you get this pop up window where you can copy the url to this job ad and share it with the people you want to be able to apply for this job.

In the admin system under Jobs you see the job now and is marked as "Private Job"
You can always share this job ad from Sharing area or click on the three dots on the job cell and choose "Share"
