How to onboard someone who has been hired and following the status

After an individual has been marked as hired, the system will create an onboarding area for that person.

Task list

Here you can select a task list that applies for this onboarding (see here on how to create a task list).

You can then follow the process of the task list both from the onboarding section but as well in the Pipeline view on applicants card.

Rewards

If you have a reward attached to this particular job, here would be a good place to select who won it (if applicable). By default the person who sourced in that candidate is there but you can always change!

Entering the onboarding section after it has been created

After you have hired and created the onboarding section for that person you can always enter it again the same way you did earlier.
