What is the difference between the roles I can choose from?

In 50skills there are five roles. Each role is defined by access levels in the system.

  1. Super-admin

  2. Admin

  3. Recruiter

  4. Limited Team member

  5. Employee

Super-admin

  • See and manage all jobs, applicants and team members

  • Configure everything in company settings

  • Create users with any role, including other super-admins

Admin

  • See jobs they have created or been added to the hiring team

  • Create, manage and publish new jobs

  • Add/remove users to/from the hiring team of existing jobs (that they have access to)

  • Can be granted access to single candidates

  • See all applications (if is in hiring team) and relative information, write notes, give reviews, and mark applications as rejected and hired

  • See the Team section and manage users in the 50skills system

  • Create users with admin privileges and lower.

  • See the sharing-site and share published jobs

  • Create and edit templates

  • Configure everything in company settings

Recruiter

  • See jobs where they have been added to the hiring team

  • Can be granted access to single candidates

  • See all applications (if is in hiring team) relative information, write notes, give reviews and mark applications as rejected and hired

  • See the sharing-site and share published jobs

  • See a read-only view of the Team section

  • Can be added manually to individual applications within jobs they are not a part of as a hiring team member

Limited team member

  • See jobs where they have been added to the hiring team or granted candidate single access

  • If a limited team member is in the hiring team of a job they see all applicants in the job, if they are however granted limited access they can only see the applicants they have manually been granted access to

  • Able to view applications details, give rating and write notes

  • Can see job info page but not job notes and files unless they are added to the hiring team

  • Can see job info notes and files if they have been added to the hiring team

  • See the sharing-site and share published jobs (public and private jobs)

  • Can not see the Team section

Employee

  • Can see the sharing-site and consequently share published jobs (public jobs only, not private jobs)
