Super admin users can manage the job ordering on your company's career page.
Go to your Profile - Company settings - Career- Job order.
Pin the published jobs that you want to specifically order on the career site, jobs that are not pinned are ordered by publish date below pinned jobs.
After a jobs have been pinned you can arrange them by clicking on the three dots to move them up or down. Also possible to use drag and drop method to arrange pinned jobs.

Departments and jobs that are not pinned are ordered by publish date below pinned departments and jobs.
