To ensure a nice flow of communication between individuals in the hiring team, we have the ability to tag other teammates in your hiring team in the notes section of an active applicant.
It is easy to do; simply write the '@' symbol, and a list of names pop up.
If "Admin note" is turned on then the note is only visible for admins users.
Once you have mentioned someone, they will receive an e-mail notifying them of this action.
